Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Checklist

General (All Rooms)

• Dust all accessible surfaces

• Wipe baseboards, doors, frames, and handles

• Clean light switches and fixtures (reachable height)

• Remove visible wall marks (light scuffs)

• Clean windowsills and tracks

• Polish mirrors and glass surfaces

• Vacuum all floors and carpets

• Mop hard floors

• Clean closets (inside and outside where applicable)

Kitchen

• Clean countertops and backsplash

• Clean cabinets (inside, outside, and top)

• Scrub sink and faucet

• Clean dishwasher exterior and interior wipe-down

• Deep clean stove (top, front panel, and knobs)

• Deep clean oven (inside and outside)

• Clean refrigerator (inside, outside, and behind where accessible)

• Clean microwave (inside and outside)

• Clean range hood and filters

• Wipe all surfaces and fixtures

Bathrooms

• Scrub and disinfect toilet (inside and outside)

• Clean tub, shower, and glass doors

• Clean and sanitize sink and countertops

• Clean cabinets (inside and outside)

• Clean vents (reachable height)

• Wipe all surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures

• Remove light wall marks

• Vacuum and mop floors

Living Room / Bedrooms

• Dust all surfaces

• Clean closets (inside and outside)

• Polish mirrors and glass

• Remove light wall marks

• Clean baseboards, doors, frames, and handles

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Mop floors (if applicable)

⚠️ Important Notes

• Cleaning is performed on standard accessible areas only.

• For safety reasons, we do not use ladders above safe working height (approx. 2.5–3 meters). High ceilings (e.g. 4 meters) and high fixtures are cleaned only if safely reachable.

• Heavy stain removal, paint, or repair work is not included.
